Training Using materials created by MDEC or our client, MDEC presents training sessions on federal programs and private education.  Michelle has provided over a thousand trainings to the field in the course of her career.
Creation of Materials MDEC can create materials for your organization, for either internal use or for external distribution.  For example, MDEC has created training materials for regional sales managers whose product can be used by Title I students in private schools; completed its part of the research and writing of a toolkit for providing Title I services to private school students, parents, and teachers; and worked with a research assistant to design a master survey to determine the experience of private school principals in federal education program participation. MDEC has also created several handbooks on federal education programs targeted to specific audiences and clients.	Audio Conferences/Webcasts MDEC has offered audio conferences to a wide range of audiences, including national leadership, regional private school leadership, and school-based personnel.
Adaptation of programs  Sometimes clients have excellent educational resources that need some adaptation to make them suitable for use in federal education programs or by private school students, parents, and teachers.  MDEC adapts these materials or writes companion pieces for teachers and administrators to expand the materials to new and effective uses.
